How can parents contact their child(ren)?

All CISS programmes have free WiFi available for students. Parents may contact their child(ren) on their mobile devices using a web-based app of their choice. Parents must note that students are not permitted to use their mobile devices during lessons. As well, mobile devices should not be used at night, as this could be disruptive to their room-mate or other students.
Only in the case of an emergency, parents who cannot reach their child(ren) directly may call the CISS emergency line. Staff will then ensure that we put parents in touch with their child(ren) immediately.
