CISS provides three nutritious meals daily during their stay. The only exception is at CISS Toronto and CISS at Trinity where students have 3 meals per day Monday to Saturday and then brunch and dinner on Sunday, allowing students some time to sleep in.
Most meals are eaten on-site in a modern buffet-style cafeteria and dining hall. Sometimes, students eat their meals during an excursion. This could be a packed lunch, restaurant meal, or the students may receive cash to buy their own food. Either way, CISS covers all meal costs.
