  2. Health Form
  3. Travel Policy (2024 updated – information only. Signatures will be required on iCent app)
  4. English Teacher Reference
  5. Transcript Translation accompanied by copies of last 3 years of transcripts/grade reports
  6. School Board Documents – please check the school board your client is applying for and download the additional documents to include with application
  7. Copy of the student’s passport
